Delhi-74 BEAUTIFUL AND RECREATIONAL SWINGS FOR THE CHILDREN WILL BE INSTALLED IN 10 PARKS OF 9 WARDS OUT OF MP FUND – MANOJ TIWARI
Rajni Sharma :- North East Delhi MP & BJP Delhi Pradesh President Shri Manoj Tiwari has said that 5 types of 74 amusement swings will be installed in 10 parks of East Delhi Municipal Corporation’s Shahdara North Zone out of the MP fund. Rs. 81,71,800 will the cost of these swings which will be installed for the amusement of children in the 10 parks.
Shri Tiwari said that previously such swings have been installed for the children in the parks of SDMC. When I saw such swings in the parks of posh areas, I thought that why we should not install such swings in the parks of East Delhi Parliamentary Constituency so that the children of the area may get playful atmosphere.
Shri Tiwari said that subsequently I got a proposal prepared by the Municipal Corporation and recommended for utilizing the MP fund for the purpose. After completing the procedure, 10 parks of the 9 wards of the Shahdara of EDMC were selected on pilot project basis and out of these, work has been completed in 3 parks and work is in progress for the other parks.
